PHOTO TOURS AND WORKSHOPS

We welcome both starting and professional photographers on our Photo Tours around the world. Come back with amazing photos, memories and friendships from the Dolomites, Senja, Patagonia and Peru. We are proud of each photo tour itinerary that both Max Rive and Marco Grassi have created after many visits and months of exploring on each location. We offer both comfort and adventure photography tours. Our Dolomites photo tours in both summer and autumn (2021) are our comfort tours. Next year's Senja Tour (Norway) includes camping with views over the majestic fjords. The Patagonia and Peru photo tours in 2022 offer a combination of camping and lodging in hotels.

Best Itinerary

Each Photography tour and workshop itinerary is the result of many months of exploring by Max Rive and Marco Grassi. We have packed a wealth of knowledge in a 6 to 10-day photography tour itinerary. Not only has this resulted in a photo tour itinerary which gives everyone the possibility to come back with incredible photos - it also allows us to be flexible and improvise the itinerary to each situation and weather condition.

Marco Grassi

All our photo tours and workshops will be guided by Marco Grassi and his charming girlfriend Jessica Lancia. Marco's portfolio and photography skills need no further introduction. His passion for teaching and guiding on a photo tour is as strong as his passion for Landscape Photography. Both starting and professional landscape photographers can be rest assured to receive the guidance they desire.

Covid-19

Book your photography tour and workshop with confidence with our covid-19 policy. In case you have to cancel our photo tour and workshop due to COVID-19 travel restrictions or (flight) cancellations a full refund will be given. With European destinations for next year and South American locations for 2022 we aim to minimize the change of any covid-19 related tour cancelations. See our full covid policy here.

Photo Editing

We not only aim at getting incredible photo's on location but also on mastering the editing of these photos. Marco Grassi will demonstrate both his own and Max Rive's editing techniques on participant's photos during the day. A record of these sessions will be made and shared among the group after the photography tour. All of Max Rive's processing instructional videos will also be shared after the photography tour.

The misty weather on this morning didn't allowed us to shoot the high mountains the Dolomites are known for but it meant perfect conditions for this Mars-like landscape!

Probably the best spot to shoot in Torres del Paine. The light is always dramatic and good foreground objects are everywhere.

Improvising the itinerary when the weather turns bad is something we are used to! We have locations which actually need cloudy weather. In case we are out camping and the weather doesn't allow any shooting conditions and the conditions are unlikely to change, alternative options will be considered such as post processing sessions and lodging in town.

We recommend storing your camera on top of your hiking backpack. Wrap some clothes around it for extra protection. The same goes for lenses. With most backpacks your tripod can be mounted to the outside.
